Our site is currently in a pre-launch phase. By submitting your email address, you are registering your interest in our products. This does not constitute a purchase or a reservation, and no payment is taken at this stage.
We will contact you when our products are available to purchase.
Products
All products shown on our website are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice prior to an order being placed.
Orders and payment
When purchasing through our website, you agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- Your order is an offer to purchase — a contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch your item
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery

Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at oliver@deuceand.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Our full returns process will be confirmed closer to launch.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Deuce & Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deuce & Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
